For children, the special kid’s menu also gives the calorie count and carb and fat breakup like the other Applebee’s menus. Skip the French fries and order applesauce and celery with steamed broccoli for your kid. It will bring a saving of 400 calories. Go in for a low-fat dressing for the dip. Substitute your French fries with either some vegetables or a salad for healthy eating.
You have low calorie choices in Applebees lunch menu too. You can order a Portobello Sandwich along with the Italian Chicken will fetch you 7 WW points and 360 calories. For dessert, it is recommended you go in for the Chocolate Raspberry Layer Cake. It is a chocolate cake topped with raspberry sauce and some sprinkled sugar powder.

I like the low calories menu at Applebees – it is quite filling and satisfying and it comes with steamed veggies. My kids also love the vegetarian options at Applebees.
What is the nutritional value of the Wonton Tacos? I loved these little crispy tacos.
There are alot of items with high sodium. You do not list the sodium often enough. You should cut the sodium in half on your menu items.
